All reservations are “on request” and will be answered in at least 1 working day (Sat, Sun & National Holidays excluded); if any problem could cause a delay you will be advised in this time period.
Requests will be accepted through website form, but also through e-mail in case you will experience any problem with the online form.
If additional services will be needed after first booking, please advise booking number of original first request.
All rates are net in EURO (€), an indicative change with the US$ will be displayed.
All hotel rates are per room per night always including breakfast (continental or buffet); if breakfast is not included it will be clearly specified in the hotel description.
Travel-mall intends to provide each time all the services that are requested, if it is not possible to confirm the request, Travel-mall will offer an alternative of comparable price and standards that is possible to accept or reject with no further obligation.
In case of any problem or complaint, it is imperative that you inform Travel-mall at the earliest opportunity in order for us to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Our emergency numbers will be given with the voucher.
All hotel information that is published on the website is current and is subject to change without notice. Travel-mall knows the majority of its featured hotels and every effort has been made to describe the hotels as accurately as possible. However, Travel-mall cannot accept responsibility for facilities, which are temporarily not available, are under renovation or not suited to individual tastes and preferences. Redecoration and maintenance is necessary to the upkeep of the hotel and may take place without prior warning, whilst the hotelier or supplier will endeavour to keep inconvenience to a minimum. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected in a hotel and these are beyond our control. Travel-mall cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance or inconvenience to the client beyond their control nor for accidents in a hotel or loss caused by hotel management or staff.
Payment & cancellation conditions:
Prepayment is required for all reservations and will be made online with credit card with a secured SSL encryption.
Prepayment is due at least 10 working days before arrival and could be made by credit card (at the moment we accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express). In case the booking is made within 10 days before arrival the credit card will be charged immediately at confirmation; if the booking is made before these 10 days the credit card will be charged only when this deadline is reached.
Cancellations Conditions: from 10 days to 5 days before arrival only € 25 as booking fee – 1st night penalty for cancellations between 4 to 2 days before arrival – 100% of the booking cost after 1 day before arrival. Some hotels apply a different policy, so we will advise you of this when confirming the booking.
